For most of my career, I helped people build better businesses.
Over time, I discovered that the biggest decisions people faced often came after the business was successful, or after they left it behind.
That's where my work began to change.
I became less interested in helping people build another business and more interested in helping them intentionally build the next chapter of their lives.
Today, that's the work that matters most to me.

For over three decades, I've worked with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and family businesses across a wide range of industries.
My work has taken me into boardrooms, family businesses, ranches, farms, medical practices, and energy companies, helping leaders manage growth, succession, change, and the questions that follow.
I've learned that while every business is different, the most important decisions are ultimately personal.
That's where my work is focused today.
I wrote Beyond Business Success after years of watching entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives achieve business success, only to discover they weren't prepared for what came next.
It’s not a book about building a better business. It's a framework for intentionally building a meaningful life beyond business success.
If you're asking deeper questions about purpose, identity, and what comes next, I believe you'll find yourself in its pages.

I don’t believe transformation comes from more information. It comes from the right space, the right people, and the right questions. Over the years, I’ve seen how the right circle of peers can open new perspectives, challenge old paradigms, and provide the courage to step into what’s next.
That conviction continues to guide my work today. My goal is to help accomplished leaders intentionally build lives defined by greater quality of life, where time and money, purpose, and relationships are brought into harmony.
